Terms and Conditions

All project management contracts are net 20 days. Quotes are valid for 15 days, rates are based on scope of work. Project Management rates are based on complexity, deviation from scope, schedule or budget would require a re-quote of services and/or change orders to validate services performed.

Shadow Innovations Inc. reserves the right to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions per agreement.
Shadow Innovations is not responsible for and errors or omissions.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
